Replacement of parcel
My cousin mailed 3 clothes to me last month,she took a picture of it after weighing and everything upon reaching Columbus,one of the cloth wasnt in. The picture of the envelope is different from the state in which it was before it was mailed and I can never let this top be stolen. This is embarrassing . Tema community one post office.

Terrible delivery time
I shipped 5 packages from the main Accra post office in October 2021 and for over 3 weeks the packages hadnt moved. It cost me my money and customers because they wanted a refund and some even opened cases on PayPal. I thought it was a one time problem so I shipped again in the middle of November and as at now, the packages are still not updating. A very terrible company and their customer service just repeats some typed-down response whenever you want inquiries. I wouldnt recommend them for anyone.
User's recommendation: Better use DHL or FedEx even though they may be expensive. Never use GhanaPost.
